The Dalai Lama is considered to be the emanation of the Buddha of Compassion. And that because of his love for all sentient beings he reincarnates again and again to help liberate all of humanity.

So he’s probably a pretty good guy to turn to for his thoughts on love, not only for ourselves but also for each other.

Below you’ll find some of the greatist things the Dalai Lama has ever said on Love.

Remember that the best relationship is one in which your love for each other exceeds your need for each other.
